BORIS FX showcase at NABAnother great year for BORIS FX
BORISFX has announced some great news for NAB. With the NABShow just around the corner, it is exciting to see what video effects companies are offering artists this spring. Also at NABShow, attendees get an opportunity to see professional skills showcased and shared throughout the hall.
As someone who works in motion graphics and visual effects for multiple types of broadcast video, I'm always excited to see what tools companies announce at the National Association of Broadcasters Show in Las Vegas. I'm even more excited to see the professionals who are using these tools and demonstrating what they can do with them.
This year, Boris FX will be giving us a peek at some of their current tools as well as some new tools that they're debuting.
One of the plugins that is both new and old is Particle Illusion, a wonderful GPU powered particle generator. Ahead of its time, Particle Illusion has been around for several years, but is going to be repackaged as part of Continuum 12 and the Continuum Particle Unit.
Check out BorisFX.com for more information. Going to NABShow? Stop by the booth and see Alan Lorence and some of the other talent who are on stage in the Boris booth.

When working, writing or testing software allows, you can find him lending a hand in the After Effects board and lurking among the Cinema4D, Visual Effects and Photoshop posts within the DMNForums.
